I saw this question from an CPC exam sample, the question reads only this much, no additional info, available, in that case, what should be the answer????

Third Order Branch - Appendix L in CPT is Vascular Families. It states "this table makes the assumption that the starting point is catheterization of the aorta". And the R. brachial is the Third Order Branch.
